RESPONSIBILITIES

QUALIFICATIONS

Collect, clean, and join data from sales, web analytics, and operations
Build dashboards to track category performance and unit economics
Run A/B test analysis and cohort studies for retention and LTV
Partner with engineers to improve data pipelines and documentation

Comfort with SQL and spreadsheets; Python/R a plus
Understanding of descriptive statistics and experimentation basics
Clarity in communication — charts, memos, and storytelling
Curiosity and a bias for action in ambiguous contexts
